Refunds / Returns / Exchanges: Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority and in the rare event of a problem we will make every effort to sort it out promptly. If you do have an issue please let us know within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will of course, adhere to all selling laws of England and Wales. All sales are final and all items are supplied on a 'sold as seen' basis. Refunds or replacements will only be given in exceptional circumstances (where a product is deemed faulty or not as described).
